Cobweb Hens and Chicks

Unique, neat, low clumps of fleshy blue-green, tight rosettes with white, then red outer tips, covered in web-like fibres. Tall, red stems with pink, star-shaped blooms in summer. Drought tolerant once established in a moist, well-drained soil.
