Brunette Bugbane

Numerous, bottlebrush-like, fragrant, white and occasional pink blooms in early summer contrast dark, purple-black stems and deeply cut foliage. Slow growing; can take up to three years to mature. Requires full sun in cool-season climates. Prefers moist, well-drained soil.
