Most commonly commercially produced cherry. Large, sweet and juicy, dark purple-red cherry. Excellent for fresh eating, canning or preserves. Ripens mid-June to July. Requires pollination with another early cherry such as Montmorency or Stella. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil.
