Rugelda Pavement Rose

Red buds open to lightly scented, fully double, yellow blooms with a pink fringe. Compact, recurrent bloomer with shiny, crinkled, highly disease-resistant, dark green foliage. Tolerates alkaline soils and wind areas. Drought tolerant once established.
