Kelsey's Dwarf Dogwood

Neat, compact, full, dwarf dogwood with shiny dark green foliage and red bark. White spring blooms mature to white-blue ornamental berries highlight in a yellow-red fall foliage. Prefers a moist soil. Works well in mass plantings, erosion control or low hedges.
