Tidal Pool Speedwell

Unique, dense, ground-hugging speedwell that fills in quickly with attractive, silver-green foliage. Masses of deep violet-blue blooms with glistening white eyes appear in mid-spring. Tolerant of most growing conditions and tolerates drought once established.
