Ralph Shugert Periwinkle

A dense mat of small, trailing, dark evergreen foliage edged in white and accented by small, violet-blue blooms in spring. Great for slopes, containers and walls. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil. Tolerates many soil conditions and drought once established.
