Hardy, dense, mat-forming layers of bright emerald green foliage. One of the lowest growing junipers. Exposed winter foliage has purple tinge. Use for rock gardens, over walls and bank stabilization. Adaptable to a wide range of soils and hot and dry conditions once established.
