Visions Astilbe

Later blooming, compact astilbe. Thick, upright plumes of sweetly scented, raspberry-purple blooms in mid-summer, atop a compact mound of lacy, green foliage. Thrives in partial shade. More heat and drought tolerant than other astilbe, but still requires moist soil.
