Re-current, abundant, lightly fragrant, fully double, rich red blooms. Developed in Manitoba for Canada's 150th birthday. Low maintenance, versatile, dark green serrated foliage is resistant to black spot and powdery mildew. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil.
